Rooms feel cramped with only one chair per table!!! A channel listing for the TV would prevent frustration when searching for shows, too!!!

A comfortable hotel, my first choice in Hinton. Perfectly comfortable location, clean property, air-conditioned rooms. Nice building and rooms with double bed. Extremely friendly hotel employees all round.

Everything was good, even so we stayed for 1 night only. Booked a queen room with a/c. All the staff were extremely friendly. The location was perfectly comfortable, on the outskirts of Jasper NP! Moreover, it's right by a golf course, the national park and the restaurants.

pleasant stay with minor concerns
The staff was cute and showed genuine interest in making sure we were satisfied. The room was tidy and presented beautifully. Sleeping on that bed felt very nice, like resting on a cloud. The mountain view added a picturesque backdrop that enhanced our experience and offered a calming atmosphere.
The check-in process could have flowed more smoothly. It felt slightly disorganized at first.

The queen room labeled as having a queen bed turned out to be a double. Security was a concern with a deadbolt that couldn't lock from the outside, and locking yourself out was easy due to the automatic door handle. The warped bathroom door didn't close properly.

The room was clean, with a comfy bed, made it easy to unwind. I was impressed by the great water pressure in the shower. It felt refreshing after a long day of hiking. The outdoor seating outside each room was fantastic. The check-in process felt a bit unsettling. The male staff member entered my room to open the door for me, which wasn't ideal for a solo traveler like me. Plus, there wasn't a peephole on the door. The location was convenient, within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Parking right outside the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed my time and would consider coming back.

Those French fries at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill-absolute game-changer! After hiking hard in the glorious outdoors, kicking back with a good plate of fries hit just right. Plus, the Two-Bedroom Suite was super comfy with an amazing shower! Can we talk about the water pressure? And the outdoor chairs were a chill spot for evening vibes.
Now, the check-in was a bit off for me. The male staff member opening my room? A little sketchy. Plus, with no peephole, I felt kind of uneasy about who was knocking later. Still, props to the cleaning crew. Everything else sparkled.
